JOB DETAIL
1.) Influencer/KOL Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with LAMAII Skincare’s overall brand objectives, focusing on increasing user acquisition and retention.
2.) Influencer/KOL Identification & Outreach – Research and identify influencers whose audience aligns with LAMAII’s target market. Continuously seek and establish new influencer partnerships to broaden the brand’s reach.
3.) Relationship Building & Negotiation – Foster strong, long-term relationships with influencers while negotiating cost-effective deals to ensure maximum impact and optimal use of resources.
4.) Performance Tracking & Reporting – Provide regular reports on influencer performance, campaign results, and key metrics to evaluate success, ensuring data-driven adjustments for future campaigns.
5.) Budget Management & ROI Optimization – Optimize the influencer marketing budget to maximize ROI, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively.
6.) KOL Program Management – Oversee LAMAII’s organic KOL Program, ensuring smooth operation, maintaining positive relationships with creators, and offering support to help them grow.
7.) Creative Innovation – Develop and implement fresh, creative ideas for influencer campaigns, keeping LAMAII Skincare at the forefront of digital beauty marketing trends.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1.) Bachelor's degree in any field (Business or Marketing concentrations are a plus, but not required)
2.) At least 3 years of experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or influencers, ideally in the beauty industry
3.) Strong understanding of the beauty and skincare industry, influencer landscape, and social media platforms.
4.) Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build long-lasting relationships with influencers and secure beneficial partnerships
5.) Analytical mindset with experience in tracking influencer campaign performance and optimizing strategies based on data insights.
6.) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
7.) Strong interpersonal and communication skills
8.) Passionate about skincare and beauty trends, with an understanding of the influencer marketing space
9.) Fluent in both Thai and English (verbal and written)
