-Oversee sales operations and ensure efficiency in manufacturing or industrial machinery
-Manage and lead teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve business objectives.
-Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
-Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflow and improve operational performance.
-Travel to customer sites or partner locations as needed for business-related activities.
-Analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement strategic improvements to enhance productivity.
-Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proficiency in both Japanese (N3-N2), with excellent communication in English language
-Strong leadership skills, with the capability to manage teams
-Possession of a valid car driver’s license, with the ability to travel as needed for work-related purposes.
-Experience in the manufacturing or industrial machinery sector
-Proactive mindset with problem solving ability
