• Take full ownership of assigned projects from initiating, planning to execution and closure.
• Liaise directly with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams (local and international).
• Understand not just the task but the intent and outcome required; clarify ambiguities proactively.
• Execute beyond surface-level coordination; solve problems, fill gaps, and get things done.
• Prepare, manage, and track project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
• Provide insights and feedback to the executive team to support decision-making.
• Represent the company in client meetings or partner engagements as required

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in project management, operations, or related fields.
• Proven ability to execute independently and handle multiple moving parts.
• Proven experience either in the supply chain business or project management cycle. If from pharmaceutical, medical equipment commercial operations would be preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Takes pride in delivering not just work, but impact.
• Ability conduct business travel as required
• Values clarity, structure, and accountability.
• Proficiency in MS 365 focusing on analytical, presentation and report.
• TOEIC 800+ or IELTS 7.0+ (or equivalent English proficiency).
