JOB DETAIL

- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring the accuracy of documents and bookkeeping.
- Record general ledger (GL) entries and verify the accuracy of accounting transactions.
- Control and prepare bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and close monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Review and handle tax-related matters, such as Value Added Tax (VAT) and Withholding Tax (WHT), and submit tax filings to the Revenue Department.
- Coordinate with auditors and external agencies.
- Control accounting systems and manage cost accounting according to industry standards.
- Analyze and prepare financial reports for management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in AP/AR/GL and financial closing.
- Understanding of accounting systems in service, sales, and manufacturing businesses.
- Knowledge of taxation and financial statement preparation in compliance with Thai accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
