- Control costs and oversee the operations of branch managers to ensure compliance with the organization's policies.
- Plan and conduct training sessions while managing KPIs to align with the organization's goals.
- Strategically plan workforce allocation to match current business conditions.
- Manage profit and loss to meet the organization's financial targets.
- Analyze branch performance at the end of each month.
- Effectively handle unexpected situations in accordance with the organization's guidelines.
- Maintain branch standards by conducting site visits, preparing an Area Manager Checklist, and ensuring assets and equipment remain in good working condition.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure work objectives are successfully achieved.
- Manage employees to comply with company regulations and foster a happy work environment.
- Supervise, support, and encourage branches to control expenses as per company guidelines.
- Ensure that branches manage inventory turnover at an optimal level set by the company, ensuring efficiency and sufficient stock to support sales.
- Oversee product management to minimize losses due to expired, damaged, or missing items.
- Review branch documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to support branch operations and resolve issues.
- Develop evaluation plans for branch managers and conduct quarterly and annual performance assessments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- 3-5 years of experience as an Area Manager in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of restaurant operations and management.
- Proficient knowledge of P&L (Profit & Loss) management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure.
