【Main Duty】
・Fishing tackle import operations

【Job Description】
・Import Operations Management – Handle import procedures for fishing tackle (hooks, rods, etc.).
・Document Preparation & Verification – Prepare and check invoices, packing lists, and customs documents.
・Customs Clearance Support – Coordinate with customs and submit required documents.
・Supplier Coordination – Manage import schedules with the Japan HQ and overseas suppliers.
・Shipment Arrangement – Organize air and sea freight and coordinate with forwarders.
・Delivery Schedule Management – Monitor cargo arrival schedules and prevent delays.
・Inventory Management Support – Process warehouse intake and check inventory status.
・Cost Management – Calculate and manage transportation, customs duties, and insurance costs.
・Quality Check Assistance – Support quality inspections upon product arrival.
・Internal Reporting – Share import status and issue reports with the team.

Report to Japanese Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・More than 3 years of work experience as a shipping
・Lower Intermediate Level of English
・Must have BOI Knowledge
・No Job hopper
・Must be able to work within March
