JOB DETAIL

- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor and control the production process to meet quality requirements
- Analyze and resolve quality-related issues in the production process
- Prepare quality reports and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Conduct product inspections based on ISO standards, factory requirements, and customer specifications
- Coordinate with related departments such as Production, Engineering, and Purchasing to resolve quality issues
- Maintain quality documentation and perform internal audits
- Support safety, occupational health, and environmental operations in the factory

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in quality control in cable manufacturing or a related industry
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 (preferred)
- Proficiency in quality measurement tools such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and CMM
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Good communication and teamwork skills
