- Event Production & Execution
• Supervise event setup, show rehearsals, and activity organization.
• Oversee lighting, sound, AV, and structural quality control.
• Ensure seamless coordination with creative, design, and client teams.

- Supplier & Vendor Management
• Select and recruit qualified suppliers for event production.
• Manage budgets and project costs related to technical execution.

- Documentation & Post-Event Reporting
• Maintain client equipment, documents, and financial records.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and team debriefings.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Fine Arts, Event Production, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in event or exhibition project management.
- Strong knowledge of exhibition materials, lighting, sound, and AV setup.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with flexible hours.
- Must own personal car with driving license
