Manage Operation of 7-8 sites in Rayong Plants.

Job Purpose:
• Accountable for controlling all co2 production units and Dry Ice production unit to ensure safe, quality, environmental, rellability, optimum and cost effective operation to meet company's standards and levels as agreed with the Head of Operation.
• Work with RSE (Remote Site Engineering) ROC (Remote Operation Centre) production manager to ensure ROC plant operations are smooth, optimum and in line with Global operation strategies.
• Liaise with Deliver team, PVD team and Bulk Sale team to ensure that CO2 and dry ice product are meet market requirement, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all plant equipment provide adequate functionality at required reliability with minimum cost of ownership in compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Drive cost productivity initiatives in additional both of operation cost and CAPEX optimization.
• Drive reliability improvement of the CO2 plant by increasing the Mean Time Between Failures.
• Define cross functional maintenance strategy for the Map Ta Phut (MTP) Area in collaboration with the Area operations manager.
• Support the sites to minimize the impact of systems failures to the business and lead investigations to determine root causes and minimizing the Mean Time to Repair.
• Own and manage critical spares inventory and storage.

Principle Responsibility:
• Support the Head of Operation &CMES to achieve all production KPIs for CO2 and Dry Ice plant.
• Prepare and provide proper people training for all CO2 production staff.
• Maintaining all certification and preparation for severance audit of all quality management system such as HACCP &GMP, I50 9000 and 11000 program.
• Ensure that SHEQ program for CO2 plant is progressing by implementing action plan per annual SIP.
• Review and control man power resource for CO2 and Dry Ice to ensure that all staff performance is at high level.
• Manage feed gases supplier relationship in order to maintain plant reliability and quality.
• Achieve cost effectiveness in CO2 and Dry Ice Plant by conducting good production planning, implementation and controlling plant operations by contrelling SPC, Loss and Reliability as committed in the quality objectives.
• Ensure of the implementation and compliance with the company's SHEQ program to sub-ordinate by development and maintenance of the systems as agreement.
• Ensure of sale plant operation by acknowledging/stimulating the staffs.
• Ensure high plant availability and liaising with maintenance section or remedial work by implementing plant condition monitor system.
• Ensure compliance of Group Company Standard and Safety Standard by coordinating and conducting
engineeling/safety audits and plate form team.
• Ensure compliance of comapy' s quality system on company's CO2 Site by providing proper training, operating staffs and implementation.
• Liaise with all statutory authorities to ensure compliance to all regulatory standard.
• Ensure to monitor and regularly report of safety and environmental concern to supervisor.
• Ensure that the competence of maintenance personnel (internal or external) is assessed and gaps between the actual and the required competence are closed.
• Ensure thal maintenance for plant equipment is adequate, cost efficient and in compliance with comnpany's work processes.
• Lead implementation of initiatives resulting from alerts, lessons from reliability events, directives, productivily improvement project, etc.
• For regionally driven projects, work with the project management furctions to provide expert input to 1)Scope definition, costing and schedule 2)Specification of respective equipment and services.

Key Interfaces:
• Work closely with Head of Operation Manager to align with his goal & objective.
• Work closely with head of SHEQ and SHEQ team to ensure safety, quality and environmental friendly operation.
• Work with Bulk Sale Team to ensure highest service level to all bulk and Dry-Ice customers.
• Work with Support Team and Reginal Operation to get highest plant reliability.
• Working closely with financial section to ensure that monthly report is reliable and correct including
Operation Cost Monitoring and CAPEX Management.
• liaison with all statutory authorities to ensure compliance to all regulatory standards.
• Work closely with RSE ROC team to ensure that all ROC CO2 plant are running smooth and efficient.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in machenical or electrical engineering field.
• At least 10 years of experience in CO2/Dry Ice production/operation or *Petrol Chemical field.
• At least 3 years of management experience with direct subordinate.
• Familiar with ISO9000 and ISO14000 and Safety Standards *If have proven knowledge of any standards related to CO2 plant is an advantage.
• Businees level of English.
• Prefer candidate who currently live in Rayong.
