Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage accounting operations to ensure accuracy and completeness within the reporting cycles.
2. Oversee tax management to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Prepare and summarize accounting reports on a periodic basis.
4. Analyze financial reports and present findings to management during monthly meetings.
5. Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the annual financial statement certification by a certified public accountant (CPA).
6. Identify internal department issues, propose improvements, and implement preventive measures to ensure efficient workflows.
7. Assess staff capabilities within the accounting department and develop training plans to enhance personnel skills.
8. Collaborate with auditors and regulatory agencies (e.g., tax authorities) to address inquiries regarding accounting systems and compliance.
9. Close company financial statements and prepare the annual budget, including variance analysis between budgeted and actual performance.
10. Ensure the timely submission of operational reports, clarifications, and required documents to relevant authorities.
11. Take responsibility for handling multiple accounting functions effectively.
12. Demonstrate strong people management and communication skills.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
• Age: 45 years and above
• Experience: 7 - 10 years in accounting management
