Job Description
-Develop and present the strategic plans and management policies of the Human Resources department.
-Plan the workforce for effective recruitment and hiring of personnel.
-Plan the development of personnel to be effective and promote employee knowledge of the organization's policies and goals.
-Propose compensation and benefits policies, considering the company’s situation.
-Create motivation for employees to have a good sense of responsibility towards the organization and to work to their full potential.
-Retain all capable personnel in the organization by promoting career advancement, ensuring safety, and maintaining employee health.
-Manage the company environment appropriately.
-Prepare and present the department’s KPIs, including analyzing issues, causes, and solutions.
-Supervise and manage subordinates to comply with the company's policies.
-Manage foreign labor, including importing MOUs, registering, renewing work permits, 90-day reporting, employer transfers, housing notifications, and resignations.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related fields
-5 years of experience in HRM/HRD management
-Knowledge of labor relations laws, labor protection laws, and others
-Management skills that align with organizational goals
-Experience in training management and the ability to be a training instructor
-Good interpersonal skills, honesty, diligence, patience, and high responsibility
