JOB DETAIL

1. Business Development
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers to expand the transaction banking portfolio (primarily Trade products and NJP portfolio)
- Enhance existing customer relationships by introducing innovative financial solution
2. Customer-Centric Solutions
- Analyse customer requirements to structure and execute tailored transactions solutions
- Work closely with clients to deliver financial solutions that align with their business needs
3. Product Development and Marketing Strategy
- Design and implement new transaction banking products that meet market demands
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote trade products and solutions effectively
4. Collaboration and Business Partner Support
- Collaborate with Business Partner Divisions to drive marketing activities and support the promotion of banking products
- Provide necessary training and resources to BP Divisions to ensure successful product delivery

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field of study (We can remove "Master's degree preferred")
- Certified Trade Finance Professional is a plus
- English and Thai language proficiency suitable for business communication
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years direct experience in transaction banking especially trade finance. (in addition to trade finance, cash management/foreign exchange experiences can be advantage)
- Strong understanding of transaction banking, trade finance, cash management, and FX products
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial solutions for corporate clients
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast pace environment
- Experience in business development and marketing strategy planning is a plus
