Company designs/manufacture/sell various type of camper vans.
This time company looking for Top management level design engineers who can design the interior of a camper van in 3D from scratch.

[Task]
・Idea generation for camper vans
・Your main job will be to design the interior of the camper van from scratch and use 3D software to plan and design it.
・Since you will be designing the interior and exterior of the camper van from scratch, you will need to not only design the layout, but also the wiring for electricity, water, etc. inside the camper van.
・When designing the camper van, you will need to consider what materials will be used when actually manufacturing the camper van.
-Cooperate with engineering teams and President(*Currently president of Japan HQ create design of camper van from scratch) in Japan HQ
-Reporting to top management such as president, Factory Manager, Advisor and etc...
-Supervising and supporting junior staff members
-Report line will be Japanese president
-Other tasks assigned by company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
・Must be able to design in 3D from scratch, and must be able to do idea generation by yourself
・Ability to draw blueprints for electrical wiring, etc., as this is necessary for camper design
・Ability to do everything from creating interior design ideas to putting them into 3D blueprints
・Experience of designing camper vans is the best, but if not, experience designing condominiums, etc. from scratch is required
-Intermediate level of English skill to communicate with top management
-Must have 3D design engineer experience for more than 10 years
-Must be able to commute to company by own can or motorbike
