• Analyze and visualize engineers' skills
• Plan, schedule, and promote education programs for engineers
• Collaborate with related departments at Japan headquarters
• Support work efficiency improvement projects (utilizing IT and other methods)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• 10+ years of practical experience in design and development in the home appliance or automotive industry
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience in the education and training of engineers
• Ability to work as a playing manager (without assistants)
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of IT
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience with programming languages like Python
• Experience in AI training (data cleansing, model training, verification, and operations)
• Knowledge and experience in CAE (structural, fluid, refrigeration cycle analysis)
• TOEIC score of 860 or higher
• Japanese proficiency (N2-N1 level)
