-Manage all Accounting function and Supervise HR&ADM group and Accounting group, Organized entire process of BOD & AGM, Sor Bro Chor 3, Sor Bor Chor 3/1, financial statement and BOJ.5, PND.1, PND.91, PND.1kor to submit to DBD and Revenue office.
-Collaborated with Department of Labor Protection and Welfare and reviewed Thai labor law annually for company compliance.
-Organized monthly report, KT.20, KT.25 and KT.26 to Social Security office (SSO)
-Designed and developed compensation and benefit programs e.g. staff welfare for employees, medical insurance, annual check-up and provident fund, company trip and new year party.
-Conducted on-boarding for new hires administered payroll and WHT.
-Worked closely with all departments and assisted line managers and employees to comply with policies and procedures.
-Initiated the company’s implementation of internet banking online.
- Review Bank transaction , Taxation before submitting to Thai Revenue department such as WHT, VAT, Half year Tax.
- Organized office supplies purchase and conducted monthly report to HQ.
- Support and push short term and long- term plan of the company to reach to the target.
- Support and advice each team in the company to let’s them conduct their job smoothly and achieve task as planed.
- Support and advice subsidiaries ‘s member incase they have any issue on their work.
- Support and advise the internal audit team to ensure effective audit results.
- Support to the management as requested and support company’s member in overall support.
- Manage PND 50 , 51 and prepare 50 Tawi
- Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting related fields.
-Minimum of 10 years experience of management or related fields.
-Have knowledge about Tax regulation & Legal , BOI related law for manufacturing company.
-Exp to manage sub 5-6 persons
-Understand about administrative management, Accounting & Finance, Human resource management etc.
-Good command of English both speaking and writing.
-Good interpersonal, leadership skill, Communication skill and team player.
