Responsibilities
• Facilitate communication between Japanese teams and Thai engineers, especially on technical matters.
• Translate documents in Japanese-English and Japanese-Thai.
• Coordinate with the Japanese team for documentation support, such as specifications, manuals, and more.
• Act as an interpreter during meetings, training sessions, machinery setups, and other technical operations.
• Prepare documentation and application forms for overseas training.
• Support the Japanese supervisor and handle guest interpretation when required.
• Collaborate with Production and Manufacturing teams and assist during client visits or audits.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Japanese or a related field.
2. Experience: 0-5 years of experience (new graduates are welcome to apply).
3. Language Proficiency: JLPT N2 or N1 certification is required (TOEIC 500+ is a plus).
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
6. Positive attitude, service-minded, and a team player.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Willingness to travel to Japan for short-term projects or training.
9. Flexibility and adaptability to support various teams as needed.
