JOB DETAIL

1.) Manage 4M modifications, change activities, and supplier quality audits.
2.) Collect and analyze engineering data; support manufacturing engineering.
3.) Maintain UL certification and manage work instructions.
4.) Set quality targets, conduct reliability testing, and evaluate new model processes.
5.) Support Bosch, TS, ZF, and new customer projects, including specifications, new products, and quality improvements.
6.) Lead project management, collaborate on ISO systems (APQP/FMEA/PPAP/SPC/Control Plan), and oversee PCB specifications and process control.
7.) Perform quality improvement analysis and support ISO certifications (9001, 14001, IATF 16949).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor's degree in engineering.
2.) Have 5 years experience in PCB Manufacturing.
3.) Good command of writing and speaking English.
4.) Good understanding in FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Six Sigma, Engineering skill and computer skill.
5.) ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 (Basic)
6.) PCB Knowledge ( PCB spec, Customer spec)
