JOB DETAIL

1.) Present and sell the company’s products, find new customers, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
2.) Visit clients to build good relationships, increase sales, and create demand for orders.
3.) Develop sales strategies to successfully close sales.
4.) Select products and services that meet the customer’s needs and identify opportunities to increase sales.
5.) Provide training on product usage or offer basic troubleshooting assistance to customers.
6.) Provide customer service in various aspects, including offering advice and resolving initial product usage issues.
7.) Prepare performance and sales reports for the department manager and executives.
8.) Evaluate customer satisfaction.
9.) Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Male/Female, Age 23 - 45 years old
2.) Education: Minimum vocational certificate (Vocational Certificate) for Sales Officers.
3.) Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Education for Sales Engineers.
4.) Passionate about sales and customer service, with strong negotiation skills.
5.) Good interpersonal skills, able to work well with others.
6.) Proficient in using computer programs.
7.) At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing will be considered a plus.
8.) Experience or knowledge in AutoCAD drafting will be an advantage.
9.) Able to drive and hold a valid driver's license (own car is not required).
