Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance activities.
- Supervise repairs for machinery, equipment, and utility systems.
- Handle emergency maintenance to minimize machine downtime (Breakdown Maintenance).
- Ensure maintenance procedures meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Develop and improve maintenance strategies using TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO compliance.
- Manage and develop the maintenance team, providing training and technical guidance.
- Oversee spare parts inventory to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Control maintenance budget and reduce costs effectively.
- Evaluate contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with CNC metal forming machines for automotive parts is required.
- Gender is not specified, and the preferred age range is 40–45 years old (flexible by +/- 1–2 years).
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, and modern maintenance techniques.
- Experience in TPM, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and Predictive Maintenance.
- Leadership skills in team management, problem-solving, and project management.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
- Ability to communicate in Thai and English.
