JOB DETAIL

1. Oversee and ensure accuracy in all accounting transactions, including AP, AR, and GL.
2. Manage account reconciliation, adjusting entries, and monthly/yearly financial closings.
3. Prepare and submit tax filings (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax) on time.
4. Review and verify financial documents (invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, tax invoices).
5. Lead and support the accounting team to achieve department goals.
6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
7. Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and relevant government agencies.
8. Prepare financial reports and other required documents as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.Female, age 40 or below.
2. 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction contracting business.
3.Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
4. Experience in full-set accounting with leadership skills.
5. Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
