Job Responsibilities:
1. Debt Recovery and Management
• Analyze delinquent accounts and develop recovery strategies.
• Communicate and negotiate with customers or guarantors to resolve outstanding debts.
• Provide legal guidance to the debt collection team on recovery processes.
2. Legal Proceedings
• Review loan agreements, terms, and collateral to prepare for legal action.
• Gather necessary documentation and coordinate with legal counsel to file lawsuits.
• Monitor litigation progress and execute enforcement actions upon receiving court judgments.
3. Collateral and Non-Performing Assets (NPA) Management
• Assess collateral status and oversee asset liquidation processes.
• Collaborate with enforcement agencies and relevant authorities to maximize debt recovery.
4. Legal Advisory and Risk Management
• Provide legal counsel to credit and other relevant departments on debt recovery and legal compliance.
• Review and recommend improvements in debt recovery procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field.
• Licensed attorney (preferred but not required).
• 2-5 years of experience in debt collection, litigation, or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of civil and commercial law, enforcement procedures, and lending regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and debt management systems.
