[About company]
This is a store manager candidate position for a company that operates a store selling second-hand goods (clothing, furniture, tableware, toys, etc.) in Thailand.
In addition to selling at a store in Bangkok, this company also sells products using social media tools such as Facebook and Instagram.


[Job Description]
・You will be working at one store in Bangkok
・Your main duties will be managing and operating the store
・There are currently about four employees, and you will also be managing and guiding them
・Sales and cash flow management
・In-store customer service and stocking
・You will also be involved in marketing activities and online sales using social media tools such as Facebook
・You will report to the Japanese headquarters in Japanese (as the person in charge at the headquarters does not speak English)
・Other tasks assigned by the company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Must]
-Must be able to speak Japanese intermediate level or up (N3-N1) *You will be reporting to managers in Japan HQ in Japanese
-Must have retail management experience (*Can not be restaurant or cafe experience)

[Preferred]
-SNS marketing experience
