Scope of Work:
Overseeing and managing various projects related to utility services, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effectiveness of project management by working with consultant on master plan and design details.
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules to monitor and track progress.
• Manage resources, including contractors and vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the projects.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project status, progress, and outcomes.
• Inspect project site and evaluate contractor work to detect design malfunctions and ensure conformance to design specifications and applicable codes.
• Confer with supervisor to determine project details, such as plan preparation, acceptance testing, and evaluation of field conditions.
• Prepare reports and documents project activities and data.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial Engineering, or related fields) with MBA would be an advantage.
• At least 5 years of progressively related experience Project Management.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in utility services e.g. water management, power plants etc.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to utility services in Laos is desirable.
• Fluency in English and Thai.
• Able to communicate in Chinese (Plus).
• Knowledgeable and skills in Project Management and AutoCAD.
