Technical Asset Management and Budget
- Conduct monthly physical inspections of assets and generate reports (internal/external as applicable).
- Optimize asset performance to meet/exceed production forecasts and recommend improvements.
- Monitor capital and operational expenses to ensure budget adherence.
- Track daily asset performance via monitoring software and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
- Perform data analysis and resolve potential or existing issues.
Contract and Compliance Management
- Fully understand and enforce Power Purchase and Leasing Agreements, including invoice accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary contact for all stakeholders, including clients, keeping them informed and addressing concerns.
- Comprehend and enforce EPC, O&M Agreements, and insurance policies.
- Process and follow up on insurance claims when needed.
- Oversee renewal and renegotiation of O&M Agreements, insurance policies, licenses, and permits.
- Supervise O&M partners, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance is performed effectively.
Health and Safety
- Prioritize safety in all activities and comply with HSSE requirements.
- Identify and address unsafe conditions or actions based on HSSE recommendations.
General
- Participate in regular internal and external follow-up meetings.
- Maintain compliant documentation on cloud-based platforms (e.g., Box.com).
- Assist the M&A team with technical due diligence for acquisitions in Asia.
- Support Project Management, Development, and Finance teams with asset-related matters.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager or team members.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in asset management within the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Obtain Thai Professional Engineering License would be an advantage
- Proficiency in asset management software and financial oversight.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of O&M agreements, permits, and insurance policies.
- Effective collaboration skills with the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills (Significant Advantages)
- Expertise in financial reporting, cost control, and budget management for renewable assets.
- Experience in implementing and managing monitoring systems.
- Competence in managing supplier claims and disputes.
- Familiarity with Asana Project Management Tool.
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Japanese).
