JOB DETAIL

・Provide business consulting to Japanese/International clients, in various field, such as Human resource related, M&A, organization re-structuring, finding business partners, etc.
・Doing market research for clients (Company/business research, business and industry analysis)
・Making research paper
・Proposing business solutions

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Must have work experience on any field at least 4-5 years.
・Business level of English.
・Business level of Japanese (N1 or N2).
・Strong analytical thinking skills. (Will be assessed during the interview.)
・No job hopper

Advantage:
・Knowledge in proposing new business or service
・Experience in consulting experience (IT, HR or any related field).

Note:
The 1st year will be a contract, 2nd year on become permanent employee.
