Responsibilities:
• Implement production plans to meet delivery, efficiency, and quality goals.
• Formulate and promote process capability improvement plans.
• Review and resolve quality issues.
• Improve production efficiency, enhance quality, and reduce costs.
• Execute factory and departmental work plans to achieve performance goals.
• Participate in training programs and align with departmental plans.
• Ensure environmental order and safe production practices.
• Coordinate communication across departments.
• Oversee departmental tasks, document reviews, and reporting.
• Complete tasks assigned by superiors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Open to all genders and ages, but preferably below 50 years old.
• Intermediate Level of English, and Chinese is a plus.
• Major in mechanical engineering or related fields.
• Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing management. Flexible to 1-3 years if strong potential is shown.
Strong management skills and team-building ability.
• Knowledgeable in SPC, SFCS, and SAP.
