JOB DETAIL
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
2. Maintain employee records and oversee payroll, leave, and benefits administration.
3. Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
4. Handle office administration tasks such as procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
5. Facilitate team collaboration and internal communications to enhance organizational efficiency.
6. Participate in business trips to assist with events and administrative activities.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative management.
3. Knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
5. Strong communication skills in Thai and English (Chinese language proficiency is highly advantageous).
6. Female candidates are preferred for this role due to travel requirements and team dynamics.
