JOB DETAIL

1.) Oversee and manage the company’s entire accounting and financial operations.
2.) Review and analyze all types of expense transactions.
3.) Plan and prepare financial budgets, ensuring accuracy and analyzing potential impacts.
4.) Prepare financial statements, profit and loss statements, production cost summaries, and annual tax projections.
5.) Analyze financial statements and oversee cash flow forecasting and management.
6.) Manage payments and receipts, and prepare related financial reports.
7.) Oversee monthly and annual account closures and financial statement preparation, including verification of supporting details.
8.) Verify various documents, such as purchase and sales tax reports, VAT 30, withholding tax forms (PND 3, 53), and payroll withholding (PND 9.) Develop tax planning strategies, and plan, supervise, and verify the preparation of financial statements.
10.) Prepare and verify information for reporting to the BOI (Board of Investment).
11.) Supervise the preparation of annual reports for submission to government agencies, such as the Revenue Department and Department of Business Development.
12.) Manage and oversee work operations, provide solutions to issues, and guide subordinates.
13.) Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Any gender with age 35-45 yrs
2.) Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance
3.) At least 3 years in relevant fields (Bakery, Snacks)
4.) Holds CPD and is authorized to sign as an accountant
5.) English at an intermediate or upper level is a must
6.) Strong knowledge and accuracy in tax laws and regulations
7.) Experience with BOI-related work is a plus
8.) Experience preparing financial statements according to TFRS for NPAEs is a plus
9.) Leadership and team management skills
10.) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new technologies
11.) Experience with ERP software, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a plus
