Monitor and control project cost with local partner (real estate developer)
Monitor and control Develop, EIA, Bidding process with our local partner (real estate developer)
Monitor and control construction progress with our local partner (real estate developer)
Monitor and control post construction process with our local partner (real estate developer)
Check design drawing as part of quality control. E.g., no risk of water leakage, enough sound insulation and so on.
Supervise construction site and check the building quality.
Propose better designs or construction method in order to improve building quality.
Interpret (Thai <--> Eng.) conversations during meetings and take minutes of meetings.
Translate documents (Thai <--> Eng.).
And other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Requirements:

Age 28-35 years
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer.
Associate license of Civil Engineer.
Experience of working in construction and management for condominium and hotel.
Very good command in English, strong communication skills.
Work well under very high pressure.
PC skills - Outlook/ MS Word/ MS Excel/ MS Power Point/ AutoCAD.
