JOB DETAIL

- Provide first-level support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Maintain and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Support the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
- Assist in the rollout of software updates or migrations as needed.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT support role (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Basic understanding of networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
