Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the inspection and testing processes for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Ensure all quality control procedures and protocols are implemented and followed throughout the production process.
• Develop, update, and enforce quality standards to meet regulatory and company requirements.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve product standards.
• Conduct audits, analyze quality data, and implement corrective actions to address deviations and non-conformance.
• Lead and train the QA team to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge development.
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role in quality assurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Office) applications.
• Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Experience and skills in utilizing AI tools for quality assurance will be a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
