JOB DETAIL

-Developing cost standards for materials, labor cost and overhead costs.
-Analyzing manufacturing operations, production costs (material costs, wages, overhead costs) and recommending changes.
-Analyzing cost of product to management
-Analyzing jnventory valuations and ensure procedures are followed for obsolete material.
-Coordinate and participate review of manufacturing cost journal entries and account reconciliations.
-Reconciling raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods stock
-Monitoring and variance analysis which post to cost of goods sold and inventory balance.
-Preparing production reports and cosf of manufacturing operations report
-Manage plant physical inventory in coordination with other plant functional areas.
-Demonstrate management skills such as staff development, leadership and principles of control.
-Coordinate and conduct build station audit program for the plant.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
-5 years up of account costing experience, with a background in manufacturing.
-Demonstrated leadership ability. Must be able to motivate, lead, and develop employees.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work with and relate to all levels.
-ERP system experience use of Windows based programs including Excel, Power Point, Access, and Word.
-Good command of English.
