- Implement and improve upon the established sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage brand identity on social media and web-based advertising.
- Manage the sales spaces and interact with brokers and clients.
- Present the details of the product/project, negotiate and close the deals with clients
- Manage the sales process in coordination with other sales agencies.
- Proactive in developing and following up on sales leads/prospects.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- 5 years of work experience in real estate sales.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai.
- Highly proficient in sales process, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, objection handling, deal closing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Possessing good leadership and strong teamwork mindset.
- Highly adaptive, goal-driven, with strong work ethic.
