JOB DETAIL

- Forecast sales and develop sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Coordinate with the service team regarding the stock and delivery of machinery and spare parts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on various activities (road shows, grand openings, expo) and gather market demand information, competitor analysis, product data, media, and other relevant information.
- Manage outstanding payments by coordinating with the finance team.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, including surveying key account (KA) customers in the region.
- Manage the team, including recruitment and training.
- Handle daily tasks such as morning briefings, weekly meetings, and preparing customer database reports in the system.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 3-5 years of continuous experience in managing a sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Ability to work and travel or currently residing in the Northern region of Thailand.
- Established relationships with clients in the construction and heavy machinery sectors, such as excavators, mobile cranes, tower cranes, concrete trucks, aerial work platforms, forklifts, road drilling equipment, mining equipment, and fire trucks.
- Proficient in English communication.
