JOB DETAIL
• Plan and manage the sales team for security system products and solutions such as CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems, and Intrusion Detection.
• Develop sales strategies and set targets to achieve company sales goals.
• Analyze market trends and industry movements to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including both corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) customers.
• Provide consultation and recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Oversee the sales process from negotiation to product delivery and after-sales service.
• Coordinate with technical teams and other departments to ensure efficient installation and service.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance to refine sales strategies.
• Train and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security system sales or IT equipment sales.
• Proven experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies.
• Strong knowledge of security system products such as CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm Systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
