1.) Oversee all financial expenditures across regions and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
2.) Collaborate with the company owner for expenditure approvals and provide detailed variance analysis.
3.) Identify and resolve financial discrepancies promptly.
4.) Prepare and present regular cash flow and financial health reports to the owner.
5.) Monitor working capital, optimize cash management, and maintain liquidity levels.
6.) Develop financial models and tools to assist in long-term planning and investment decisions.
7.) Ensure compliance with company policies for budgeting and financial operations.
8.) Supervise regional finance teams to ensure consistency in expenditure management and adherence to budgets.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is strongly preferred.
2.) Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Preferably in the Jewelry Manufacturing Industry.
3.) Read, write, and speaks fluent in English.
4.) Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and expenditure management across multiple regions.
5.) Proven experience in developing financial models and conducting variance analysis.
6.) Excellent understanding of cash flow management, working capital optimization, and liquidity maintenance.
7.) Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide regional finance teams effectively.
8.) In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
9.) Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
10.) Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior management.
11.) Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
