Department: Quality Department

1. Interpret at meetings, phone call, in-house discussion, etc.
2. Support translation and/or creation of various documents such as meeting minutes, email, reports, PowerPoint presentations. policies, procedures, etc.
3. Provide administrative support to the department including any arrangements, scheduling and setting up meetings, office supplies. package shipments, ad other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. *Age not over 30 years old. (New graduates with JLPT N2 and intermediate level of English are welcomed to apply!)
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 1 year of working experience as Japanese Interpreter (If have exp. working in factory or production line before is an advantage).
4. *Intermediate Level of English.
5. *JLPT N2 or higher.
6. If have experience studying, living, or working in Japan is an advantage.
