1. Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
2. Review the accuracy of general ledger entries to ensure compliance with the company’s regulations and tax laws.
3. Oversee financial operations, budgeting, planning, and financial closing processes.
4. Manage and enhance the efficiency of the finance department and improve financial processes.
5. Prepare monthly financial reports, annual financial statements, and coordinate with auditors for evaluations and audits.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including VAT and withholding tax requirements.
7. Provide timely analysis and reports to management on business performance.
8. Prepare monthly and annual cash flow projections.
9. Liaise with various banks for financial transactions and arrangements.
10. Draft related contracts and agreements.
11. Develop financial models and business plans.
12. Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
1. Male or female, aged 35 years and above.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields.
3. 5-10 years of relevant experience.
4. Ability to work well under pressure.
5. Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive.
6. Proficient in using the Express accounting software.
7. Strong understanding of accounting practices with the ability to record and analyze accounting entries.
8. Capable of handling and solving unexpected problems effectively.
