Looking for a QA/QC Manager at a watch/clock manufacturing plant.
You will be responsible for the overall quality assurance activities across multiple sites.
This role requires overseeing and maintaining the quality standards of both finished products and components.

Key Responsibilities:
■Quality Assurance Tasks:
-Manage and lead quality assurance activities to ensure all products meet the company’s high standards.

■Audit Management:
-Handle both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality regulations and standards.

■Quality Improvement:
-Evaluate and review corrective action plans to ensure they are sufficient and effective. Conduct report reviews but not necessarily direct the improvement process.

■Cross-Site Quality Management:
Oversee quality control activities at both the main factory and another factory (about 40 minutes by car), which include component manufacturing and surface plating quality management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Any gender age up to 30 years old
・For Thai nationality, must have N2+, and be able to have business meeting with Japanese HQs without interpreter.
・Must have experience in QMS
・Must have knowledge of ISO9001
・Having external audit experience
・No need to have management experiece.
