At a trading company of an electrical appliances company, looking for an Assistant Sales Manager position, who is potentially to be promoted to a Manager position in 6 months-1 year time, and in the long-run, to be promoted to GM.

Your key responsibility is Business Development, by introducing new products outside current products, targeting new client sectors and markets.

1. Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities, and acquire new customers to build a new business opportunity/section.
- Conduct market research and recommend strategies to target new prospects and expand business.

2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Visit clients in Bangkok and other provinces to understand their needs and propose suitable products.
- Collect feedback on future purchasing plans, industry trends, and provide tailored solutions.
(Note: 80% of clients are Japanese companies.)

3. Team Leadership
-Collaborate with a team of two members, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
- Report directly to the Thai Sales Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

For this position, candidates needs to be able to introduce a new product(s) to the company for the company's business expansion.

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- English in Intermediate level (TOEIC600+) is a MUST
- Must be able to do develop new business by introducing products outside current products, targeting new client sectors and markets.
- Must have business connection, that you can approach for the company.
(Having potential customer contacts to whom you can immediately sell.)
- Must have more than 3 years of working experience in electronics components industry.
- Must have more than 5 years of corporate sales experience.
- MUST have a driver's license and owns a car.
- No job hopper.
