At a trading company of an electrical appliances company, looking for an Assistant Sales Manager position, who is potentially to be promoted to a Manager position in 6 months-1 year time.

1. Business Development
- Identify and acquire new customers and explore potential business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and recommend strategies to target new prospects and expand business.

2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Visit clients in Bangkok and other provinces to understand their needs and propose suitable products.
- Collect feedback on future purchasing plans, industry trends, and provide tailored solutions.
(Note: 80% of clients are Japanese companies.)

3. Team Leadership
-Collaborate with a team of two members, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
- Report directly to the Thai Sales Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, aged 30 to 45 years old
- MUST have a driver's license and owns a car.
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- English in Intermediate level (TOEIC600+) is a MUST
(Used in the office, and with client for meeting and email)
- Must have more than 3 years of working experience in electronics industry.
- Must have more than 5 years of corporate sales experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

Advantage:

-Japanese proficiency (any level)
