JOB DETAIL
【Main Duty】
・Secretary to the president of the Singapore base(Around 10 days per month)
・HR tasks while the President is not in Thailand.
【Job Description】
・Accompanying the company president to business dinners and formal meetings.
・Providing general administrative support during external company activities.
・Managing and coordinating the president’s schedule, including appointments and meetings.
・Monitoring employee attendance and maintaining accurate timekeeping records.
・Supporting HR administrative tasks, such as filing documents and preparing reports.
・Acting as an interpreter between Thai and Japanese during internal and external communications.
・Managing correspondence and communication for the president’s office.
・Organizing and overseeing daily office operations at both the factory and the satellite office.
・Assisting with the preparation of documents and presentations for meetings.
・Supporting cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth operations between the Thai branch and headquarters in Singapore.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Female only
・Age between 25 - 45 years old
・More than 3 years of experience in secretary work
・Intermediate Level of English (700 UP)
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese (JLPT N2 UP)
・Must have Driver Licence and private car
・Can work weekends
※If you work on Saturdays or Sundays, you may take a compensatory day off.
