• Applies NIPRO product and competitive knowledge.
• Uses and delivery sales aids, clinical data and reprints effectively.
• Developed & prepared all visual aid which align with global strategy.
• Conduct and provide scientific meetings to customer with good information and exciting environment.

• Continuously expand knowledge of our product line
• Always deliver exceptional customer service
• Answer all questions and address all concerns that the customer may have
• Help customers determine which product is the right choice for them
• Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely
• Accurately communicate all technical specifications
• Work cooperatively with the rest of the team
• Remain in compliance with company guidelines at all times
• Log all customer contacts including contact information for follow up
• Follow up with potential customers
• Offer related products and services to new customers
• For Renal Product, acts as a specialist renal practitioner to provide renal service. This includes advising all members of the supporting renal teams in aspects of clinical management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, healthcare administration, or relevant field.
• Three (3) or more years of experience as a registered nurse or relevant experiences gained from the Medical and Clinical field.
• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in Thailand preferred
• Significant work experience in customer service or sales strongly preferred
• Able to memorize product specifications and demonstrate use accurately
• Able to work cooperatively as part of a team
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
• Command of the English language.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times.
