- New Client Acquisition
- Research and approach potential clients
- Generate leads through industry events and networking
- Maintain and Expand Relationships with Existing Clients
- Analyze client needs
- Propose cross / selling and upselling opportunities
- Develop and Execute Business Strategies
- Identify and propose new business opportunities
- Build and manage partnerships
- Market Research and Analysis
- Track industry trends
- Conduct competitor analysis and create reports
- Internal and External Coordination
- Collaborate with other staff (farmer extension team)
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor degree in business administration, agriculture, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 7 years Experience in direct farm sales or working within the agricultural community.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in the agricultural sector).
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast paced environment.
