JOB DETAIL

- Collaborate in planning and setting sales targets to achieve the sales goals defined by the company.
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and competitors, and hold meetings to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide weekly reports on client visits and confirm the volume of work from clients who have committed to using the company's services.
- Offer advice and propose services to both new and existing clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to sustain sales. Monitor service delivery, enhance customer satisfaction, and address any issues to improve service quality.
- Manage new clients who contact the company for inquiries or service details.
- Expand the customer base by sourcing potential clients through the internet and other databases provided by the company. Contact prospects to introduce the company’s services and offer related advice.
- Visit existing clients to follow up on ongoing services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet with new clients to introduce the company and its services.
- Prepare service proposals and quotations based on client needs, using company systems or negotiating directly with service providers for pricing.
- Once a client confirms the use of services, coordinate with the customer service team for smooth service delivery.
- For new clients, complete the client details form for payment terms approval, submit it to the accounting and finance team, and ensure the client is added to the system.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any Gender
- Age not exceeding 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Logistics, MBA, Economic or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding sales.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and sales-oriented.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Strong sales communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
