JOB DETAIL
1.Coordinate & Support (Internal & External)
1.1 Support and issue purchase order form for staffs.
1.2 Coordinate with suppliers and internal dept.
1.3 Take care and contact vendor for maintenance office supply.
1.4 Coordinate and support IT for staffs with Regional Oversea and outsource.
2. Document Control
2.1 Control invoices & receipts from suppliers and keep in record.
2.2 Take care document from factory at Lumphun.
2.3 Monitor document keeping and scarp.
3. Arrangement & Booking.
3.1 Arrange car for support staff daily.
3.2 Book car, hotel , air ticket, golf for manager & staff.
4. Other
4.1 Monitor fixed asset and life-off for donation.
4.2 Support in company's activity such as New Year Party, Training and etc.
4.3 Support onborading and offboarding process.
4.4 Monitor and provide office supplies, consumable, laptop, phone, accessories and etc.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Female. Age not over 24 years old.
2. Bachelor degree in any field.
3. Minimum 1 year of work experience as admin/GA staff with experience 1) Issuing PO and 2) Processing invoices & receipts 3) Coordinating with suppliers/vendors & internal dept. 4) Other GA related task
4. *Intermediate level of English is required. *Prefer candidate with TOEIC Score 600 or higher.
5. Familair with Vlookup
6. Able to work on some saturday (occasionally) for monitoring carpet & air condition cleaning, etc.

Flexible Work Hours:
Time-In: 7:30 - 09:00 AM.
Time-Out: 4.30 - 6.00 PM.
Flexible Break Schedule (1 Hour): 11.00-12.00, 11.30-12.30, 11.45-12.45, 12.00-13.00
Voluntary Work from Home: 2days/week (can choose any day from Mon. - Fri.)
