JOB DETAIL

■Product:Software about CAD, for manufacturing companies.
Japanese HQ develop software, Thai branch is for sales/customer support.

■Customer Support Team
Total 6 members in Thai branch.
Mainly manages clients in Thai, but also manages some clients from other ASEAN countries.

■Job Detail
-When client inquires about product, ask for details and provide an answer
-If there is error or other trouble with product, report to engineering team in Japanese HQ
And after engineering team solved the problem, will provide answer to client
-Explain how to use product/introduce function for clients as needed

*Mainly use Thai language for communication with client.
*Use English for communication with Japanese HQ.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE


・Male/Female, Age up to 28 years old
・Intermediate level of English(Speak/Read/Writel)
・Have knowledge about Software/Programming in any field or Ever use CAD as user
*Welcome new grds


・Ever work as Customer support about Software
・Ever use CAD software for work
・Ever work as Software Engineer
