Scope of Job
- In charge of planning, and implementing overall e-commerce strategy across desktop and mobile devices to ensure that the application is optimized for user-friendliness and user experience while remaining visually appealing based on data analysis.
- Lead in performing research, strategizing, analyzing, and implementing user feedback, as well as supporting teams that are responsible for developing the user interface which aims to drive the achievement of corporate growth targets via the success of e-commerce planning.

Responsibility
• Responsible for overall e-commerce strategy, planning, implementation, and post-reviews for all projects
• Create end-to-end customer experience by expanding the vision of how people interact with the company
• Participate in the design of useful, usable, and desirable user interfaces designs by considering data, market analysis, customer feedback, professional expertise, metrics, and usability findings in a team environment
• Conduct competitive research, discovery, and usability research and facilitate research sessions to identify business, user, and technical requirement
• Weekly-Monthly performance analysis and monitor customer feedback with pre/post campaign evaluation and ROI management
• Analyze customer demographics and purchasing behavior to monitor trends and future sales growth

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (Major): Business, Data Analysis, Marketing, or eCommerce
• 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce, UXUI, Business, or Marketing
• Experience in data analysis and delivering design solutions in UIUX

Skill :
1) Experience and competence in e-commerce planning with a good understanding and working knowledge of e-commerce or Platform experience
2) Research and data analytical skills, with proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
3) Interaction, UIUX design, and Figma experience are preferred
4) Able to solve the problem effectively with strategic thinking skills
5) Self-motivated yet customer-focused
6) Intermediate level of English
7) Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
