JOB DETAIL
- Accurately process payroll for all employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate deductions for taxes, benefits, and other payroll-related adjustments.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, including P.N.D.1, P.N.D.1K, 50 bis, and contributions to the Social Security Fund.
- Upload pay slips to the online system for employee access.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees in a timely manner.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Any gender, The age is 30-35 would be better
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an HR-related role, mainly Payroll tasks
- Experience from a large company would be highly preferred
- Able to communicate in English
- Chinese speaking is preferred (but not limited to)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet, and online platforms.
- Able to use Bplus Payroll program
- Strong time management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listener, and confident in sharing ideas and feedback.
