JOB DETAIL

- Calculate costs and produce tariffs for services and packages.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure high-quality service.
- Communicate with clients to provide information on tours and address any concerns.
- Assist in planning and executing outbound and inbound tours and travel packages.
- Handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and making booking arrangements.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Provide general administrative support to Operations teams.
- Work with a sophisticated reservation system to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and cater to high-end clients’ unique travel needs and preferences.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any Gender
- No need own car (in case visit client can reimbursement)
- Experience in the tourism industry (inbound/outbound/ travel experience preferred)
- Strong English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for travel planning and familiarity with popular destinations is a plus.
- Capable of working both independently and in a team.
