JOB DETAIL

-Build strong relationships with customers and department stores.
-Manage existing customer accounts and seek new customers.
-Present new products to both existing and new customers.
-Visit and follow up with department store clients and collaborate on product development with them.
-Coordinate order processing, sales documentation, and product delivery to customers and other relevant departments.
-Prepare sales documents for various department store clients.
-Plan sales strategies, create product promotions, and expand purchasing channels.
-Occasionally attend events to promote products.
-Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Experience in Modern Trade (Key Account) *Experience in the food product category will be an advantage.
-Knowledge and understanding of department store systems (ordering systems and various procedures used by stores).
-Flexible with working hours, able to attend assigned events as needed.
-Understanding of department store operations (NPD product presentation, promotion planning, expanding sales channels).
-Ability to build strong relationships with customers and buyers, offering support and problem-solving assistance.
-Responsible, able to work under pressure, and effectively work in a team.
-Familiar with various operational systems within department stores, including front-end and other related departments.
-Skilled in negotiation and coordination with internal and external departments.
-Bachelor’s degree.
-Aged 35 years or older.
-Good proficiency in English communication.
-Must have own car.
